The foundry ran behind the Dusty Miller and stretched as far as Grange Yard where the Chinese Take-away shop now is. Somewhere there is still a "P" on one of the buildings at Grange Yard.

This was an artist's impression of how it would look when the alterations they planned were complete. It never was completed in that the buildings extending down the sides were never added and the lawned area became what we now know as the Memorial Gardens.
